Needs summary

By default, a page’s summary (that shows up in the popover when a user hovers over a greenlink) is the page’s first paragraph. Sometimes the first paragraph is not well-suited for a popover summary. Add this tag to pages that need to have a custom summary.

Some pages may require an accessible, technical, or brief summary.
