Intution pump

In philos­o­phy, an “in­tu­ition pump” is a metaphor or vi­su­al­iza­tion in­tended to shove your in­tu­ition in a par­tic­u­lar di­rec­tion. They can be used for ei­ther good or evil, de­pend­ing on whether the in­tu­ition be­ing primed is valid or in­valid.
