Low-speed explanation

Use this tag to in­di­cate that a page offers a rel­a­tively slower, more gen­tle, or more wordy ex­pla­na­tion.

Note that the speed of an ex­pla­na­tion is not the same as its tech­ni­cal level. An ex­pla­na­tion can as­sume a high tech­ni­cal level and still take its time go­ing into de­tails and so de­serve the low-speed tag.
